CoreTraining: Building the Foundation for Meditative Living

with Dan Rotnem

In person and via Zoom

CoreTraining is a transformative program designed to help individuals develop self-mastery, emotional intelligence, and mental strength through purposeful living. The program features 12 practices–6 meditations and 6 mindfulness exercises—that blend ancient wisdom with modern psychological insights. Dan will lead a 90-minute hybrid session on the first Sunday of each month, focusing on a different CoreTraining practice. This system empowers you to unlock your highest potential and navigate life’s challenges with clarity, purpose, and authenticity.

CoreTraining suits people seeking to integrate spiritual growth with emotional intelligence and practical life skills. Its focus on identity, co-creation, and transformative practice creates a system that supports stress reduction, self-transcendence, and comprehensive personal growth and empowerment.

The twelve practices are divided into six modules, each containing one meditation and one mindfulness practice. Each practice is effective on its own and can be engaged with by beginners and advanced students alike. You do not need to attend all sessions to “keep up” or benefit.

Participation in all sessions is not required.

February 2 2025:
Breath Texture is a transformative mindfulness exercise designed to deepen your self-awareness by focusing on the subtle qualities of your breath. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll explore the texture of your breath—such as its depth, speed, and temperature—revealing hidden insights about your emotions, thoughts, and physical state. Inspired by Zen traditions, this practice encourages you to simply observe your breath without judgment or control, allowing you to connect with your present moment experience. By tuning into your breath’s natural rhythm, you’ll learn to release tension, manage stress, and cultivate emotional balance. Whether you’re new to mindfulness exercises or experienced, Breath Texture provides accessible tools to improve focus, emotional resilience, and mindfulness in everyday life. Join us to discover the power of your breath and unlock greater clarity, peace, and presence in your life.
